Sanjit Kumar Mishra is a passionate and innovative software engineer with over 11 years of relevant experience. He has a strong understanding of product vision and business needs, which enables him to define product requirements and architectural solutions. Sanjit is skilled in communicating complex technical concepts to business owners and can effectively lead teams to work on multiple complex projects simultaneously. Currently, Sanjit works as a Tech Lead for BNY Mellon, where he is responsible for designing, developing, and testing high scalable and resilient microservices in a hybrid cloud environment for the NetX360 platform. He plays an important role in implementing the product's vision and coordinates with teams for successful delivery. Sanjit is also focused on bringing innovation, automation of processes, and improving the quality of deliverables on a day-to-day basis. In his previous role as a Product Architect at Siemens, Sanjit developed architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of the Simcenter Embedded Software Designer product. He worked with the Product Manager in planning and execution of new product releases and consulted with the business management team to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified products. Sanjit also worked with domain, product management, and product engineering teams in the solution engineering efforts. Sanjit has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. He is skilled in object-oriented analysis, development, testing, and integration of scalable, multi-tier distributed enterprise business applications. He is also experienced in working with different architectures and Agile processes. Sanjit is curious to learn new concepts and can adapt quickly to new environments/technology.
